Refunds
Please call our Customer Service Department on 1300 378 486 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to the fruit hamper you have sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.
Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.

Fraud
Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Fruit Only does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website.  It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.

GST (Goods & Services Tax)
Our non-fruit products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices advertised are inclusive of all taxes applicable to the respective countries that the product is being delivered in. This is a broad based tax on consumption, which applies to the supply of most goods and services. 

Currency
All prices on fruitonly.com.au are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Alcohol
All alcoholic products offered for sale by Fruit Only are NOT available to persons under the age of 18 years.

Substitutions
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your hamper or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

Hampers
Fruit Only strives to deliver the very finest fruits in season and at their very best in eating quality and flavour. For this reason, you will find our selection does vary throughout the year, with fruit being sourced from orchards across Australia.

Specialty gifts
Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.

Refunds
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Fruit Only 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 100% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.

Terms used on our websites
Free* delivery
Free* delivery means within our Fruit Only Delivery Network and delivery will be to MOST business addresses by 5pm and MOST residential addresses by 7pm. GENERALLY your order must be placed by 12pm the day before the desired day of delivery in order for it to be sent on our free delivery service.
