DELIVERY INFORMATION

Same Day Delivery
Fruit Only offers a same day delivery service to areas within our delivery network. See below for further conditions.

Monday to Friday - Guaranteed Same Day Delivery (Excluding Public Holidays)

Generally, your order must be placed by 9:00am in order for it to be delivered on the same day.

Charges for our Standard Delivery Service apply depending on the delivery location. To determine delivery charges applicable for your area - on checkout:
Step 1 - Enter your Delivery Suburb
Step 2 - Enter your Delivery Date
Step 3 - Click on the Update button

Your Delivery Charges will then be calculated and displayed in your order Total.

Sydney,Adelaide,Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Canberra deliveries can be executed Monday to Saturday. Toowoomba, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast are executed Monday to Friday only. We are unable to specify an exact delivery time. All deliveries will be delivered by 5pm for all business and by 7pm for all residential addresses.

Saturday Deliveries

Fruit Only deliver to Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth and Brisbane on Saturdays. Please note that your order must be placed by 5pm the day before and some specific weekend delivery fees may apply.

We do NOT deliver to the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast or Toowoomba on Saturdays.

Sunday and Public Holiday Deliveries
Deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays are not available. Fruit Only apologises for any inconvenience.

Special Occasion Deliveries

CHRISTMAS 2009

• Christmas deliveries to all residential addresses outside Melbourne and Sydney metro will be conducted between 16th Nov-23rd Dec, all orders accepted until 6pm Wednesday 23rd Dec.
• Melbourne and Sydney metro deliveries will be conducted between 16th Nov-24th Dec 2009, all orders accepted until 9am Thursday 24th Dec.
• Christmas deliveries to all business addresses will be conducted between 16th Nov-23rd Dec
• There will be no cancellations of orders 24 hours prior to delivery, starting Thursday 17th Dec
• There will be no timed or special VIP deliveries available on the 23rd and 24th Dec (Wednesday and Thursday)
• There will be no changes or amendments to order content, address, message or product less than 48 hours prior to delivery

Online orders placed on Saturday and Sunday
ALL orders placed after 12pm on Saturday and at any time of day on Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning. Any specific information about your delivery will be forwarded to you at that time.
